Is training provided?
Pretzels Plus®will provide you with an extensive training program, "How To" manuals and company personnel to support you during your new store opening, as well as constant follow-up support. Our success depends on your success.
Where do I buy the store equipment?
We will provide you with an equipment list of items that need to be purchased. We will also provide you with a restaurant supply company to purchase those items from.
Where do I buy the products needed to run the store on a daily basis?
These products, like pretzel mix, printed paper products, etc. MUST be purchased from us. You will have a choice of other food vendors to purchase all other products from.
Do you help with financing?
Yes. Pretzels Plus® will assist you with a financing program, provided that you qualify.
Will my territory be protected?
Pretzels Plus®will provide you with a protected territory. You will not compete with the franchisor or even another franchisee.
Do I need to be involved in the day to day operations?
Our preference is to have an owner/operator, but it is not necessary.
How big is a typical store?
Stores are approximately: 1,200 sq. ft. -2,000 sq. ft.
Are there any ongoing royalty fees?
Yes. 6% royalties are paid on your store's monthly sales.
Who decides on prices?
We do not set pricing. Pricing depends on your market area.
How long are the terms of a franchise agreement?
10 years, renewable every 10 years
What ongoing support will I receive?
Pretzels Plus®will make sure you are never alone. There is supportive communication, constant updates and new successful techniques to benefit each franchisee.
Where are Pretzels Plus®stores located?
High foot traffic areas, such as malls, strip centers, airports, and other transit centers are excellent locations for a Pretzels Plus®franchise.
What is the initial franchise fee?
$25,000.
What do I receive for my franchise fee?
You will be allowed to use the company name and logo, receive comprehensive training in your new store, and receive ongoing support. You will also have assistance in lease negotiations and all the assistance you need to plan the store to Pretzels Plus®specifications.
What products can I sell as a Pretzels Plus®franchisee?
Only company authorized/approved products.

What will happen after my application is received by the corporate office?
Your application will be evaluated by our Director of Franchising. You will usually hear from us within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
How long does it take to open a Pretzels Plus® franchise?
Upon site selection and a signed lease it takes anywhere from 90 to 120 days to open your doors for business.
What types of franchises are available?
Individual franchises, multi unit franchises, and area development programs.
How many people are needed to operate the store?
Minimum 5 up to 12 to 15. It depends on the amount of business you do and how many full time employees and part time employees you have working.
