In the first step of our international expansion, Pretzels Plus®, Inc.
has signed a licensing agreement with Dan Iordachescu for the country
of Romania. Dan will hold the license for the entire country of Romania
and can open as many stores as he wants and can promote franchises in
Romania. The first store is slated to open in the fall of 2005.

with Tanya Matos for the country of Puerto Rico. Tanya will hold the license
for the entire country of Puerto Rico.

Continuing on the success of our expanding drink line, Pretzels Plus®
is pleased to announce our latest drink, Polar Cream. This delicious frozen
drink is made with a vanilla ice cream mix and flavored syrup. Flavors
offered are: Orange Cream, Black Raspberry, Chocolate Cream, Vanilla Cream,
Green Mint Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin Spice, and Spiced Apple. Look for additional
seasonal flavors in the future.
