April 2005
Pretzels Plus® is going east; the Far East that is. A licensing agreement has been signed for the country of China. Fei Lu, our licensee, will hold the license for the entire country and can sell franchises and open any number of stores. His first store is projected to open in Shanghai by the end of this year.

October 2005
On October 16, Pretzels Plus® expanded its operations globally. Our first international store opened in Bucharest, Romania. This store is located in the City Mall in downtown Bucharest and will be the first pretzel store of any kind in Romania. With a few exceptions, the menu will be like an American store's menu. This will be just the first step in the global market for Pretzels Plus®, Inc. Other stores are set to open internationally in the next year.

December 2005
The doors to the latest international Pretzels Plus® opened in December in Shanghai, China. Fei Lu, the owner of the Pretzels Plus® license for China, has plans to open two more stores in the start of 2006.
